The AGLANDAU  The 2017 vintage is a genuine fruit juice made from 100% cultivar aglandau. It is an elegant green fruity oil with a cut grass note followed by mint and row artichoke. The finish is a fine balance between bitter and pepper. The CLASSIC The 2017 vintage has a very fresh nose. Its aromatic persistence unveils an attractive palette of flavours: raw artichoke, almond, apple, and tomato plant. It is subtly bitter, with a peppery edge that appears after a few seconds in the mouth. The NOIR The 2017 vintage will delight enthusiasts of black fruity olive oils. It displays all the positive attributes of the AOP Vallée des Baux's aromatic palette: a subtly fermented note, black tapenade, confit olives, cocoa and vanilla, with truffle to finish. Wonderfully mild on the palate.
