Day 1 — Welcome to Burgundy
Bienvenue!
Your French adventure begins in Dijon, once home to the powerful Dukes of Burgundy. After settling into our hotel, we’ll gather for our first dinner together in a beautiful historic setting. Over escargots, local specialties, and our first glass of Burgundy wine, introductions quickly become conversations and strangers become traveling companions.

Thursday, May 13th
Day 2 — Dijon: Where Burgundy's Story Begins
Today we’ll discover why Dijon is so much more than mustard.
We’ll begin at the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin before wandering Dijon with a local guide through elegant squares, medieval streets, and centuries of history. We’ll visit the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, admire Saint-Bénigne Cathedral, and stop at Mulot & Petitjean, where traditional pain d’épices has been crafted for generations. We end the afternoon atop Philippe le Bon Tower with an apéritif overlooking the rooftops of Dijon.

Friday, May 14th
Day 3 — Châteaux, Vineyards & Beaune
Leaving Dijon behind, we begin our journey through Burgundy’s legendary vineyards.
We’ll visit the beautiful Château d’Époisses before experiencing Clos de Vougeot, one of Burgundy’s most iconic wine estates. Along the way we’ll discover the craftsmanship of Edmond Fallot, the last independent mustard producer in Burgundy, before arriving in Beaune—the heart of Burgundy’s wine country.

Day 4 — Hospices de Beaune & Wine Cellars beneath the streets
Few towns capture the spirit of Burgundy quite like Beaune.
We’ll visit the remarkable Hospices de Beaune before descending into the historic Patriarche wine cellars for an unforgettable tasting beneath the city streets. The afternoon is yours to wander charming boutiques, enjoy a café terrace, or perhaps choose an optional bike ride through the vineyards or a relaxing spa experience.

Day 5 — Burgundy's Artisan Flavors
One of my favorite things about Burgundy is that it continually surprises you.
Today we’ll discover Crémant de Bourgogne at Veuve Ambal before learning why cassis has become another regional specialty during our visit to Cassissium. It’s another opportunity to experience the creativity, craftsmanship, and generosity that define this remarkable region.

Monday, May 17th
Day 6 — South Through Burgundy
As we continue south, the scenery begins to change.
We’ll pause in the charming villages of Meursault and Pommard before tasting exceptional wines at Château de Pommard. Continuing through Mâcon, Roche de Solutré, and Pouilly-Fuissé, we arrive at Château de Pizay, our elegant home in the heart of Beaujolais.

Day 7 — Beaujolais Beyond the Nouveau
Many people know Beaujolais for one wine. Your about to discover an entire region!

Day 8 — Lyon: A Grand Finale

Day 1 — Welcome to Nice
We’ll arrive in Nice by train and settle into our hotel before taking our first stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais.
The afternoon is yours to wander the Old Town, dip your toes into the Mediterranean, or simply relax with a glass of rosé at a seaside café.

Friday, May 21st
Day 2 — Discovering the Soul of Nice
Today we’ll experience Nice through its food, culture, and art.

Later, we’ll visit the Marc Chagall National Museum before enjoying free time to shop, explore, or perhaps enjoy a drink at the iconic Hotel Negresco.
This is one of those days that perfectly captures the relaxed rhythm of life on the Riviera.

Friday, May 21st
Day 3 — Hilltop Villages & Coastal Beauty
Today we venture beyond Nice to discover some of the Côte d’Azur’s most breathtaking scenery.
We’ll wander the medieval village of Èze, perched high above the Mediterranean, with time to browse its artisan boutiques and soak in the unforgettable views. Next, we’ll explore the magnificent gardens of Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat before ending the day in the colorful harbor town of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
Our journey concludes with a farewell dinner celebrating three unforgettable days on the Riviera.
